Introducing: Cocktail Time!

Ladies and Gents, it’s my very favorite time of the week. And my very favorite time of the week should really have its own space in my blog, should it not? Grab a glass and settle in, I’m very excited to announce something new I’ve been working on!

I don’t know about you, but the hi-light to many a week for me can usually be found in an evening off to sit in peace with a refreshing, sippable treat in hand.

Maybe not always the sit part, or the peace part, but there’s something enjoyable in the art of mixology that really just gets to me.

It really is art, if you think about it. In fact it’s science as well. Mixing drinks at the right proportion, consistency, and flavor is a delicate task that can be difficult at times to understand. So let’s remove the difficulty from that task and shake, stir, muddle, and squeeze our way through cocktail confusion into mixology bliss together!

Through heavy persuasion, I’ve decided to listen, and take my drink experimentation as well as knowledge from bartending experience, and share my concoctions with the world. Keep an eye out for cocktails, mock-tails, and mixology inspiration that I’ll ┬ábe posting on this page.
